Claudia Herce was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She studied a theatre degree in acting in the National Conservatory of Dramatic Art during 5 years and finished in 1987. In this same period she worked as an actress for TV commercials, theatre and film in Bs. As.
In 1989 she did a degree in Fashion and Textile Design at the Faculty of Architecture in Bs. As.
She continued working in the advertising world and at the same time developed her own business dedicated to the production and realization of advertising events.
In 1991 her relationship with the theatre group La Fura dels Baus, who were working at the time on the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games in Barcelona, brought her to move to this city, where she developed her career as a Production Manager for different producing companies. She also collaborated, among other projects, with the Spanish Pavilion at the Expo-Sevilla.
Casting directing is her main field of interest within the advertising world and what she has been focusing on for the last twenty years.
